From the Children of Pastor Clement

Our hearts are broken, but our spirits are at peace because we know you are with Jesus-the One you served with all your heart. It still doesn't feel real that you're gone, but we find comfort in knowing you're exactly where you've always wanted to be: in the presence of our Lord.

You weren't just a Pastor to so many; you were our Pastor first; the one who prayed with us, taught us God's Word, and showed us what true faith looks like. You loved us fiercely, corrected us gently, and cheered us on in every season. Some of our best memories are the simple moments; family devotions where you made the Bible come alive, your silly jokes that made us laugh even when we tried not to, and the way you'd stop everything just to listen when we needed you.

You showed us how to love Jesus, how to serve others, and how to stand strong even when life was hard. Even now, we hear your voice in our hearts, reminding us, "Trust God. He's always faithful." And we will, Daddy. We'll keep trusting Him, just like you taught us.

The church may have seen you as their shepherd, but to us, you were so much more; our protector, our teacher, our biggest fan. You taught us that true strength comes from kneeling before God, and that the greatest legacy isn't what we leave behind, but who we lead to Christ. And Daddy, you led so many... including us.

We miss you more than words can say. But we're not saying goodbye: we're saying "see you soon." Because we know heaven is your home, and because of Jesus, it's ours too. One day, we'll worship beside you again, where there's no more pain, no more tears-only joy everlasting.

Until then, we'll live to make you proud. We'll keep running the race you finished so well. And we'll hold tight to the promise that we'll be together again.
